What is Tsukamen?

tsukemen is a japanese dipping ramen where thick bouncy noodles are dipped into a hot concentrated broth. this way, you get all the springy mouth-feel and the richness of authentic ramen flavours

we've spent a year and half developing the broth and perfecting our noodles. we hope you enjoy our kits as much as we do!

What is Tsuke?

we are josh & jaren. two brothers from hong kong. our brotherly tradition was to grab a bowl of tsukemen after school to celebrate the end of a term.

now having moved to london, we realised that the tsukemen we grew up with was nowhere to be found. so we decided to do bring that tradition over to the uk one batch at a time.

our goal is simple: to deliver the best authentic, restaurant-quality tsukemen experience through meal kits to your home.
